What are your hours of operation?

We are open Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
We are closed on weekends and legal holidays but we are always available on our 24-hour maintenance support phone line.

Where are your offices located?

Our main office is located at 6720 south Jeffery Blvd. Chicago, IL.

Do you take subsidy program tenants?

Absolutely! Program tenants are always welcome. Please be in contact with our office and they will be more than happy to assist you with your rental application.

What methods can I use to pay my rent?

We offer a payment system online via our online portal. If you prefer, you can also mail payment to our PO Box, or pay in person at our office.

What happens if I am late with my rent payment?

Rents are due on the first of the month. Payments made after the 5th of the month will be subject to a fee of $10 per $500 monthly rental plus an additional 5% fee on the remainder of the monthly rent.

Can I prepay my rent?

Yes. Paying ahead a great way to avoid mistaken late payments and fees.

How can I submit a request for maintenance?

You can call the maintenance line or submit a maintenance request through your online account.

How do I refer a new tenant?

Mention the referral program incentive to your on-site manager and they will advise you on how to proceed.

What is the pet policy?

Our pet policy depends on the weight of the pet. There is a fee for keeping approved pets in the rental.

What is the smoking policy on the property?

Smoking is not allowed on the properties.
